CTIC Foundation has developed an important expertise on web Standardization as the result of its close collaboration with the research working groups of the W3C, a worldwide consortium in which our organization is integrated.

This knowledge is provided to public institutions and companies for the development of web architectures based on international standards with the aim of achieving a universal, interoperable, mobile, accessible and intelligent web.

Services

CTIC Foundation, as an expert on web Standardization and Accessibility based on W3C Standards, has become a national point of reference in both fields.

The activities of the Technology area are organized around two lines:

• Web Standardization: a proposal of construction techniques and software development processes based on W3C recommendations.
• Web Accessibility: to provide ongoing support services in the implementation of the WAI-W3C accessibility standards.

CTIC Foundation also facilitates the use and adaptation to standards of webs in evolution, regardless of the device and the manufacturer. Besides, it helps avoiding problems in the use of technical supports.
