CTIC Foundation has a vast experience in the design of Information Society strategies and projects. Among  the foundation goals are the promotion of IS development, for which it closely collaborates with different regional, national and international bodies. Our organization is part of the UNESCO Information Society Observatory.

In addition to that, CTIC Foundation carries out actions addressed to different society sectors as part of the regional (e-Asturias 2007) and national (Avanza) strategic plans.

In order to carry out these IS actions, in the institutional context or for business and/or citizens, CTIC Foundation has specialized teams.

CTIC Foundation develops policies, strategies and projects aimed to the incorporation of ICT into society since it believes that this is in the best benefit of territorial development and the elimination of social inequalities. Thus, its activity is organized around three lines:

• Public Institutions line 
• Companies' line
