Telecottage Project is part of the Leonardo da Vinci European Programme.

CTIC Foundation, acting as manager of the Asturian Telecentre network, together with the Hungarian and the Estonian Telecentre Associations, work together in the development of a set of e-learning materials for Telecentre coordinators.

Objective:

The main objective is to develop high-quality educational material for the on-line training of Telecentre technicians and coordinators on the appropriate management of services offered to citizens.

Activities:

• Development of three e-learning modules on :
  • Principles for the development, setting up and management of Telecentres and services offered.
  • Internal procedures on Telecentres management.
  • Telecentres' role in the Information Society.
  • Telecentres and sustainable development.
  • Ergonomics.
• Testing and validation of those materials through a pilot course for Telecentres technicians and managers.
