The CTIC Foundation has provided training to INFOTEC’s technical staff in order to transfer knowledge, analysis methodologies and tools related to W3C technologies and especially accessibility. INFOTEC is the Mexican government’s most important Internet service provider. It is part of the CONACYT network and is closely related to several institutions and universities in both Mexico and the USA.
